Reports to: Marketing Manager

The MJR Group is an independent worldwide event promoter, venue operator and entertainment industry innovator. We work with artists as diverse as Mariah Carey, 50 Cent, Culture Club, Sia, UB40 and Hans Zimmer producing shows across stadiums in New Zealand, castles in Wales, vineyard shows in Australia to open air concerts under the stars in the Middle East. We also own and operate 10+ award winning venues across the UK, including Tramshed in Cardiff, Plug in Sheffield and Assembly in Leamington as well as launching two new venues in Bristol and Birmingham over the next 6 months.

In a hugely exciting time of wide-scale growth for the company, we are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support and lead the marketing of our concerts.

Responsibilities:
-To act as the primary marketing point of contact for certain promoters, events, regions and venues as assigned by the Marketing Manager.
-Creating and delivering innovative, efficient and effective individual marketing campaigns across all media channels including but not limited to; print, online, affiliate, press & radio.
-Working with the Marketing Manager, promoters and venues to understand event objectives and to then deliver campaigns on time, on budget and ROI.
-Working with external creatives to produce all marketing collateral.
-Working with the relevant PR representative to provide support both online and offline in terms of press coverage possibilities and securing marketing partnerships.
-Ensuring all assigned venue digital activity (website, socials, mailouts) is kept up to date and engaging.
-Working with the venue teams to ensure all traditional marketing collateral is kept up to date and engaging.
-Offering creative recommendations and solutions to maximise sales.
-Measuring performance of all campaigns, including budgets, to achieve sales results plus insights to power future campaigns.
-Supporting the Marketing Manager on the marketing campaigns for larger shows and tours.
-Supporting the marketing team in any group-wide MJR marketing initiatives.

Requirements:
-Proactive, self starter and a team player
-2+ years experience in a Marketing role, ideally within the Live Entertainment Industry
-Experience or knowledge of venue, promoter and label marketing
-Ability to manage multiple complex marketing campaigns, adhering to budgets up to £50k.
-Experience working across all media channels plus a proven track record of delivering online media (including PPC, SEO, email and social)
-Exceptional communications skills
